Our weight management program emphasizes healthy eating habits that are meant to become a new lifestyle, not a temporary fad diet.

The program is based on scientific research, emphasizing nutrient dense foods, and is unique to your needs.

This easy to follow program will help you manage weight, but also treat or decrease your risks for long term diseases such as diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, arthritis, etc.

Visits are typically bi-weekly for twelve weeks (six visits) and include a personalized nutrition plan, treatment targeted lab testing, lifestyle suggestions, stress management and supplemental support.
