These anti-oxidants play a critical role in immune function, skin healing and fertility. We will discuss your specific nutrient needs, run any appropriate tests, and design a dietary and supplementation plan based on your health concerns.

- herbal support to minimize lung damage. As you quit smoking, you may experience more mucous and congestion as the normal movement of the tiny hairs (cilia) that move mucus out of your lungs become active again. This is great! As the cilia recover and the mucus is cleared from your lungs, you might cough more than usual for several weeks. Herbal support can help clear this more efficiently, reducing the coughing and congestion.
